Ginger Dressing

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Ginger Root, grated
1 Tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/3 C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. Splenda or Stevia
1/4 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
Sea Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Mix vinegar with ginger and let stand for 2 minutes. Strain into a bowl, press to extract the liquid. Whisk in the soy sauce, EVOO, Splenda, sea salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce.
