Raspberry Meringue Bites

Ingredients:

1 Ideal Protein Raspberry Gelatin Mix

1/4 tsp. Baking Powder

4 Egg Whites

A pinch of Sea Salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Add salt and baking powder to the egg whites and beat until it holds a shape.

Slowly add the Ideal Protein Raspberry Gelatin mix while you continue to beat until stiff.

Spoon mixture into a piping bag.

Place parchment/baking paper onto a cookie sheet and squeeze out your meringue bites.

Bake for about 15 minutes and check texture. Bites should be firm on the outside and soft on the inside.
