Roasted Garlic Dressing
Servings: 10
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Green Onion, chopped
1/3 C. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1 C. Grapeseed Oil or EVOO
1 pinch White Pepper
6 Garlic Cloves, roasted at 360 until softened and lightly browned (about 20 minutes)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender except the oil. While blender is running, add in oil in a thin stream until emulsified. Add extra vinegar if too dry. Serve immediately.
